Do you offer booth rental as well as custom builds?
Yes. We provide modular booth rental, hybrid builds (modular frame + custom finishes) and full custom carpentry. The right option depends on your budget, timeline and the visual impact you need on the show floor.
How early should we start planning?
Typically 2–6 weeks depending on size and complexity. For rigging-heavy or large custom builds, 6–8 weeks is safer. Contact us as early as possible — we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront, not an optimistic one.
Do you manage venue approvals and logistics?
Yes. We handle venue forms, permits, electrical certification, internet, rigging load approvals, ART/CREA documentation, dock scheduling, supervised install/dismantle and daily stand maintenance. You don't need to interact with the venue directly.
Can we communicate in English or Spanish throughout the project?
Yes. Your dedicated project manager speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and handles all local communications, venue contacts and supplier coordination on your behalf. All project documentation and status updates are delivered in your preferred language.
What happens if something goes wrong on-site?
Our PM is physically present at the venue from move-in day one. Daily stand checks are standard. Issues are identified and resolved before the event opens — not after. We carry insurance and have backup supplier relationships for critical components.
Can you work with a design we already have from another country?
Absolutely. We regularly adapt international designs to Brazilian venue requirements. Send us your existing 3D files, floor plan or brand guidelines and we'll produce a venue-compliant version with local material specifications and a cost estimate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (BRL or USD), credit card, and can issue invoices in English. For international clients, we typically work with 50% upfront and 50% before move-in, but payment terms are flexible depending on project scope and timeline.
